Absolutely brilliant service I only joined on Tuesday and rang first thing Wednesday morning for appointment for my 3 year old daughter, which we got an appointment for same day, Doctor my daughter saw was amazing listening and appointed me right direction. Feel so much better now so thank you.
The waiting time was 1 minute behind our appointment time so that wasn’t issue I’m really happy with service from reception staff to doctors, the wait time and over all experience so far 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

Well done to New Road staff reception staff amazing very polite & helpful.
Service amazing got an appointment do really happy with that as old doctors I been waiting any thing from 2weeks – 1month to get speak to someone then had have new appointment for face face so really happy with customer service here.
GP I saw was lovely friendly, polite and listened and was so helpful, guidance given was great |
